Make all stations properly accessible

Havering has been lucky to have seen step free access added or improved to the main line stations thanks largely to the works bringing in the Elizabeth line, and many of our other stations are accessible too.  Sometime that accessibilty isn't really that accessible at all. 

Hornchurch station is a very busy station which has no step free access from the street to the platform.  Nor does Upminster Bridge. 

Those disabled or with poor mobility were hit hard in the covid pandemic and currenlty now with the cost of living.  Ensuring proper step free access from street to platform would make a massive difference to their lives. Step free access helps more than just those with poor mobility too.
