We'll be holding our 2022 Annual General Meeting on Thursday 17th November 2022 at 8pm, over Zoom.

The agenda will be as follows:

4. Minutes of the previous AGM held on Thursday 2nd December 2021

5. Reports:

6. Conference Report Back (from those who attended Federal, Regional and London Conferences)

7. Motions to the AGM:

  • The new Model Constitution for Local Parties for 2023, shall be adopted by Havering Liberal Democrats to apply from January 2023.

8. Election of Honorary President (see note 1)

9. Election of Officers and Executive Committee Members.

Note 1. Section 5.2 of the Local Party Constitution allows for the election of an Honorary President.

Note 2. The 2021 Accounts for the Local Party were approved by the Executive Committee (section 10.4 of Local Party Constitution) of the Local Party and sent to the Chief Executive at Party HQ before the end of March 2022. Therefore the accounts have been approved and only need to be noted.
